1. To Make a Return at The Store Please bring...
- The item to be returned. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
- The original receipt, original packing receipt, or a copy of your Confirmation Email.
- One form of personal identification and the credit card used for the original purchase.
2. To Make a Return to VAMPSNYC.com:
Please note: we only process returns at VAMPSNYC.com if your purchase was made at VAMPSNYC.com. Regular store purchases must be returned to a store.
- Box up the item with all original packing. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
- Enclose a completed return form. (Included with original packing slip)

- Items purchased through VAMPSNYC.com must be returned to VAMPSNYC.com.

Unfortunately, at this time you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
In order to process your return properly, please be sure to enclose your return slip with your item. We will not be able to process any returns without the return slip.
All returns must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Any returns sent where the product’s original packaging is damaged or has tape on the outside of it will result in a re-boxing fee. Items missing their original box will be sent back.
Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to the product’s box; please pack the item into its original packaging (i.e. shoebox) and then into a shipping box with labels on the outside. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
It may take 2-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 4 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Refund Process and Time Frame:
- Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Vampsnyc.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
Store return/exchange policy:
We require and electronically capture customer information from a valid state or government photo ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of customer return activity created for the sole purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not share or sell the transaction information captured through this process.
We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
Returns with an original sales receipt:
In most cases, for returns or exchanges made with receipt within 10 days from the original purchase (unworn merchandise), you may:
- Exchange the item(s) for the full purchase price.
- Receive a refund for the full purchase price in your original form of payment or receive an in-store merchandise credit for the full purchase price.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash refund will be given for merchandise purchased with cash only. Credit/Debit card refunds will be returned back to the credit/debit card used for original purchase.
Returns without an original sales receipt:
In most cases, for returns or exchanges made without a receipt (unworn merchandise), you may:
- Exchange the item(s) at the current selling price.
- Receive an in-store credit at the current selling price.
